Prices

  • All prices shown include VAT, which is currently 20%. 
  • Post and Packaging prices will be added at check out.

Delivery & Postage Prices

  • Standard UK delivery is between £2-£3.50 depending on postage size, and takes approximately 5-7 working days. Orders over £40 will qualify for free UK delivery.
  • We deliver to mainland UK, but currently not overseas. Should you require an overseas delivery please contact us at number45gifts@outlook.com and we will arrange a quote for you.

Returns

  • We guarantee your satisfaction and all goods come with a 7 day, no quibble guarantee.
  • If you wish to return your item, please contact us first by email number45gifts@outlook.com
  • Please note Earrings cannot be returned.
  • Items are to be repacked in the original packaging in the original condition. 
  • Post and Packaging costs are non refundable and at your expense. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties
  • We will only refund the payment card which was used when the original payment was taken. An email will be sent to you to confirm that the refund has been made.
  • Returns may take 5-7 days to process.

Damages

  • If the item is damaged please notify us by email number45gifts@outlook.com within 2 days of receipt of the goods. We will then notify you what course of action will be taken. Damaged items will be exchanged, and we will cover the post and packaging fee.

  • Customer information is kept on secure encrypted servers. You will only receive an email from us if we have obtained your contact details in the course of a sale or negotiation of our products or services, and you have subscribed to receiving such direct emails from us.

  • We do not retain credit card information, and we will not pass your details on to any third parties.
